Year two of Texas A&M’s Johnny Football started a bit late, but it was still pretty great. Johnny Manziel was suspended for the first half of the game against Rice, but he still finished 6-of-8 for 94 yards and three touchdowns. He also added 19 rushing yards.
O.K., so I am a little biased. I did get my undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University and I love Aggie football. But what Johnny did last year was pretty amazing for a freshman.
